These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.nwwindowcleaningbellingham.com, submission of quote or contact requests, and participation in the Northwest Window Cleaning text messaging program.

The website and messaging program are operated by Sitka Builders LLC, doing business as Northwest Window Cleaning (“Northwest Window Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website, submitting a request, or enrolling in our messaging program, you agree to the applicable portions of these Terms.

1. Business Identity

Northwest Window Cleaning is a trade name used by Sitka Builders LLC. We provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and related exterior-property cleaning services in Bellingham, Whatcom County, and surrounding areas in Washington.

2. Website and Quote Requests

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting a quote request does not create a service contract or guarantee availability, pricing, or a particular service date.

Estimates may be subject to confirmation after we review the property, project conditions, access requirements, and requested work. Any final estimate, service agreement, work order, or invoice may contain additional terms applicable to the specific project.

You agree that information you submit will be accurate and that you are authorized to request services for the identified property.

3. Northwest Window Cleaning SMS Program

When you separately opt in, Sitka Builders LLC d/b/a Northwest Window Cleaning may send text messages concerning:

  • Quote requests and estimate follow-ups

  • Scheduling and appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Technician arrival or service-status notices

  • Project and customer-care communications

  • Invoices or payment reminders

  • Review requests

  • Special offers, discounts, promotions, or service announcements when you separately consent to marketing messages

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

4. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and communication preferences. Service-related messages are sent as needed.

If you separately subscribe to promotional messages, you may receive up to four promotional messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

5. Opting Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to (360) 526-8583.

After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further messages covered by that consent unless you opt in again.

We will also honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent as required by applicable law.

If you later wish to receive messages again, you may enroll through the same opt-in process you used previously.

7. Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your wireless carrier and network operator and is outside our control.

8. Telephone Number Responsibility

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

If your telephone number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized requests

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Introduce malicious software or automated traffic

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
